If for any reason you are not happy with any products you have ordered from us, when you receive them, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us why and then just return it unopened in the original packaging for a replacement or refund (excluding stock marked as "clearance" - clearance stock cannot be returned or replaced).
