VetShopMax orders are shipped using the international tracking service provided by USPS (via AusPost) if you choose standard shipping and by Australia Post and USPS if you chose AusPost Express. 


You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped. Use this tracking number to see the progress of your order, by simply clicking on the link in the email or visiting this link: https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search 


Please note that  your order will be shipped part of the way by Australia Post but the final delivery is made by USPS, this is why you will see references to Australia Post in your tracking details. 


In some exceptional circumstances e.g due to size or shape of parcel or where  your delivery address is not serviced by DHL/AusPost/USPS, or where we determine that it is not cost effective to use a fully tracked service, we do reserve the right to ship your order with a different carrier without tracking or with limited tracking.


 Please understand that tracking is provided by a third party delivery service and we are not responsible for any error or misfunction in tracking.
