From 21 October 2020, almost all VetShopMax orders are shipped using the international tracking service provided by DHL. 

You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order is shipped and will also be able to see that tracking number by logging in to your account and going to "My Account-Orders-View Order" and clicking on "track my order". You'll then see a popup window which will show you your tracking number. Use this tracking number to see the progress of your order, by simply clicking on the link in the email or by visiting  https://www.dhl.com/au-en/home/tracking.html


In some exceptional circumstances e.g due to size or shape of parcel or where  your delivery address is not serviced by DHL tracked product, or where we determine that it is not cost effective to use a fully tracked service, we do reserve the right to ship your order without tracking or with limited tracking.


 Please understand that tracking is provided by a third party delivery service and we are not responsible for any error or misfunction in tracking.
